This week's Facebook Live featured a soft, elegant birthday card showcasing the beautiful Bloom Boutique Designer Series Paper, paired with the lovely Scalloped Blooms Stamp Set and coordinating dies. Sometimes a patterned paper is so pretty that it deserves to be the star of the show, and that's exactly what I've done here! The delicate floral print creates a beautiful background, while the embossed white panel adds subtle texture without taking away from the gorgeous paper. The scalloped die-cut provides the perfect focal point for the simple "Happy Birthday" sentiment, finished with a few sweet embellishments and a tiny floral tag for just the right amount of detail. The Be Inspired Design Team is hopping today, and our theme this month is "Sentiments"! I can’t wait to see the creative ideas the rest of the team has come up with. For this sympathy card, I created a delicate floral wreath using die-cut flowers and soft green foliage, keeping the design clean, elegant and heartfelt. WILD BUNCH MINI CARDS TUTORIAL | FACEBOOK LIVE

I had so much fun creating these sweet little birthday cards during tonight's Facebook Live. Using the Wild Bunch Stamp Set, I created a collection of simple square birthday cards featuring the cute animals. These whimsical images are perfect for quick cards and are so much fun to colour. To keep the design clean and simple, I added soft ink blending behind each image along with a little coordinating splatter. The coloured backgrounds help the characters stand out while keeping the overall design fresh and uncluttered. The Crumb Cake card bases add a lovely natural touch and provide a great contrast to the bright colours. I finished each card with a bold Happy Birthday sentiment and a few embellishments. One of the things I love about this design is how easy it is to create a whole set of cards at once. Last night on my Facebook Live, I created this card showcasing the beautiful Boutique Blooms Designer Series Paper paired with soft, custom-coloured floral elements. To create the flowers and foliage, I blended ink onto Basic White Cardstock before die-cutting the pieces, allowing me to achieve these delicate Barely Blush and Peaceful Pine tones that coordinate perfectly with the paper. The layered bloomed, textured leaves and flowing twine add dimension and interest, while the Designer Series Paper panels provide an elegant backdrop.
