CASEing the Catty #141 Birthday

Sunday 13 August 2017

Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Today's cards is from the Birthday section (pages 68-85) of the Annual Catalogue.

There is so much to see in this catalogue and even though I'm looking over each section we are CASEing each week with a "fine tooth comb" I still manage to miss things. I love making my way around the hop to see what everyone has created - the possibilities are endless!

My inspiration comes from this super cute card - I love the layout.

Aren't the little animals cute? These have been cute out from the Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper. The piece of black and white DSP is also from this set. I used a piece of washi tape along the top - it's from the Basics Pack 3.

"Time to Party" is from the Confetti Celebration stamp set and I've coloured it using Stampin' Write Markers in Flirty Flamingo, Sahara Sand and Bermuda Bay to co-ordinate with the DSP and washi tape. The balloons and yay have been stamped in Flirty Flamingo on the card base and the other little extras include a piece of the Delicate White Doilies and Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine.

And of course it wouldn't be a completed card without the inside getting a touch of DSP and washi!

Next on the blog hop is Peta Stephen - you're going to love her project!
