CASEing the Catty #149 Year of Cheer

Sunday 8 October 2017

Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Today my card is from the Year of Cheer section (pages 36-47) of the Holiday Catalogue.

You may be starting here or hopping over from my lovely and talented friend Kelly Kent.  The next button at the bottom of the post will take you around the hop - you won't want to miss any!

I've CASEd the card on the top left hand side of the picture above and have taken it from Christmas card to Baby card! My lovely cousin has just given birth to the most adorable little girl and I made this card with her in mind!

This card is made up of two stamp sets - the top half from the stony road up is the "In the City" Hostess set and Welcome Little One is from the "Little One" set.  The background has been stamped using Powder Pink ink on a Powder Pink cardstock base and the sparkles are also from the "In the City" set. There are so many great little elements in this Hostess set!

Oh and yes I did fussy cut around all the little elements! And I loved putting it all together from the Silver Glimmer Paper, Powder Pink Ribbon, Silver Mini Sequin Trim, and Whisper White Baker's Twine.

Enjoy this week's blog hop, there's always so much inspiration from my talented crew members and next on the blog hop is Julia Quinn, you won't want to miss her gorgeous project.
