CASEING THE CATTY C179 - FAVOURITE KIT

Sunday 20 May 2018

Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Our inspiration this week comes from our Favourite Kit! You may have arrived here from seeing Kelly's gorgeous project if you're hopping along already. If you started here, welcome and please make sure to visit all the Design Team's blogs, the next button at the end of this post will take you on your journey.

My inspiration this week came from the card on the right hand side on page 16 of the Occasions Catalogue.

I loved this kit so much I bought two! The stunning box made a perfect gift for friends to store their cards.

This is quite a busy little card but this is the last of my Whole Lot of Lovely DSP and while I'm sad to see it go I'm also looking forward to creating with the new Designer Series Papers about to be available!

The label for this card uses the Lots of Labels Framelits Dies and has flowers from the DSP fussy cut adhered to it, and I've used Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon and Baker's Twine to co-ordinate.

Happy Birthday is from the In the City Hostess set. This card is a farewell to some of the retiring products!

Here's a list of supplies I used:

Stamp Set
  • In the City (Hostess Set)
Inks
  • VersaMark
Papers
  • Basic Black Cardstock
  • Whole Lot of Lovely DSP
Accessories
  • Lots of Labels Framelits Dies
  • 3.2mm Handheld Circle Punch
  • Pool Party 1cm Shimmer Ribbon
  • Pool Party Solid Baker's Twine

  1. Wow Angela! I love how the tag is so part of the card's design. The black is gorgeous! Kelly x
