SOCIAL STAMPING | HELLO FROM ANGELA

Hello and welcome to this Social Stamping Blog Host created by the fabulous Kelly Kent. Kelly wanted to give us a platform to share our creations due to the world being in various stages of social distancing and isolation. You may have arrived from my lovely and talented fellow Caseing the Catty team member Michelle Strazds, or if you are starting here please be sure to hop all the way around, you won't want to miss any of the gorgeous projects everyone has to share.

My name is Angela Meiritz-Reid and I'm in Christchurch, New Zealand. We are currently in day 3 of a 28 day lockdown.  While I'm a homebody at heart, it'll be interesting to see how I am after 28 days! I popped down to our local supermarket today to pick up a few items but after seeing the line snaking around the car-park with everyone 2 metres apart I decided I would make do with what I had at home!

Daffodil Delight seemed a great colour choice today - we all need a little sunshine! My base layer is embossed with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder and then I've layered a piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock with another layer of Whisper White Cardstock embossed with the Parisian 3D Embossing Folder.

Both layers of embossing have been splattered with Shimmer Mist to add a little sparkle!

Hello is stamped in Night of Navy ink and is from the To a Wild Rose Stamp Set.

The flowers and leaves have been die cut and then coloured with Stampin' Blends in Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green.

The navy twine has been split from the Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker's Twine and the Pearls have been coloured using the Dark Night of Navy Blends.

Thanks so much for stopping by and enjoy the hop - Kia Kaha!

Next up is the lovely Sharni Harnes
